Who are we?
- This site is owned and operated by L.A.P.S. Ltd.,
a UK based internet marketing company. This site has
been designed specifically to help people who are looking
for information about Health and Fitness. We seek to
help people find the best Health and Fitness tips, articles,

- We generate revenues primarily from advertising
on this site from trusted sponsors, such as the Google
